Based in Calgary, Paul Crilly spent 5 years serving as the President and CEO of Norex Exploration Services, Inc., during which time he transformed the micro-cap company into a seismic industry leader generating more than $110 million in revenue. He oversaw 600 employees and achieved recognition as Alberta’s fourth fastest growing company within just two years. Between 2010 and 2014, Paul Crilly balanced his leadership responsibilities at Norex with his role as the managing director of energy at K2 and Asosc. Investment Management, also in Calgary. His duties in this position involved managing energy investments for a successful Toronto-based investment firm. His achievements included the successful turnaround of multiple oil and gas producers in the Gulf of Mexico.
Following his time at K2, Paul Crilly spent four years as the president and chief executive officer of Evolution Engineering, Inc., a private company developing next-generation drilling technology. He led Evolution Engineering's recapitalization and commercialization processes. He subsequently spent four years as a major shareholder and managing director of Buffalo Inspection Services, Inc., in Edmonton.
Paul Crilly studied commerce at the University of Saskatchewan. He has achieved professional designations, including his chartered professional accountant certification and Institute of Corporate Directors designation.
